This week we’re welcoming Aaron Schumacher, creator of the popular VocalMist nebulizer.

We talk about what inspired him to create Vocalmist, what he’s learned as a business owner, and being an artist during quarantine.

MENTIONS:

SINGING LESSONS:

  1. In the business realm, it makes sense to pay for expertise in any new enterprise. You don’t know what holes you’re gonna step in until you’re already ankle deep.
  2. One of the biggest errors is letting fear slow you down.  It’s more important to recognize when something is just a function of fear, and to make the choice to move past that, and commit to action even if you’re not sure that it’s the right call.
  3. You can’t try to look too hard at where you’re going. You’ve got to let go at some point and just do.
  4. The more you’re able to do in this time period in ways that uplift people, the stronger you’re going to come out on the other side.
  5. I think I have great faith in people’s ability to not be broken and it’s nice to be reminded of that.

Thanks for listening!
