I was a guest on the It’s All Mental podcast with the lovely Pamela Smith. We chatted about performers and mental health, self sabotaging behavior, and the value of having a good support system. Since I don’t talk about myself a ton on my podcast, I thought this might something you want to here and perhaps useful for those of you who’ve had the same struggles. Thanks to Pamela for having me on!

SINGING LESSONS:
- When you get the opportunity to perform on stage with a master of their craft you have to pay special attention.
- There’s no blueprint to success.
- Though it’s hard to predict where a decision might lead it’s important to continue to be open and think more expansively.
- People are supportive and everyone is going through something similar. People want to tell you what they know and help.
- You have to be open to receiving information, feedback, constructive criticism.
- We get so used to hearing the word no that we become afraid to show up.
- Stay true to your intention and know your why as to what you want to achieve in your career.
